"Path of the Gods" by Yukimi Mills

2.5 hour quick practice painting. This is an ancient underground route, named "Path of the Gods." Statues of the Three Ultimate guard the path, overseeing travelers. Limora stones are the source of light, with much of the statues carved out of it.

The route is dangerous. During the construction, workers were reported having nightmares, seeing things from strangers' perspectives, experiencing events that could have never happened in that time. Once complete, travelers sought the route, hoping for a safer passage way to the Underground Trade. Instead, they faced nightmares. It wasn't until men were going mad, that the path was shut off permanently, with a manmade tunnel collapse at the entrances.

It is said to be cursed and haunted by the dead. Instead, it is actually the magic that is the Limora stones, which breathe memories of all those who lived and died, and will not hesitate to tamper with the living.

Now the gods sleep, watching over an empty road, eroding through time, forgotten.
