  | I received a request for some water based battleships since I didn't have any up. Top left is a missile cruiser, top right is a tandem carrier (with two aircraft carrier hulls put together), right is a medium trimaran VTOL carrier, left is a trimaran aircraft carrier, and at the bottom is a patrol/torpedo boat. There aren't many parts of the story that revolve around ocean combat, so I don't really have too many designs for regular ships. In the very early periods ocean rights where contested on Earth by the monocorporations, and that's mainly where these come into play. Most of the designs involve multiple hulls (like two or three ships connected together for stability) - I haven't done any swath type designs yet though. |
