Wielding a doublehanded blade, the Cheetah temple guards can be very persuasive to keep you out...

Just a thought, he can't be Indian. No Cheetahs in India I'm afraid. However you could claim he's north african without being too culturally imprecise.

Good Job anyway, I enjoy nitpicking.

13 Tommy De Coninck replies: "While we're nitpicking. It's a "Fantasy" drawing remember ? Elfwood is a "Fantasy" community. So the world these creatures live in is not out world, see. They do not REALLY exist. You with me ? The're invented. NOT real... Creations of the mind ... 12"

Not to nitpick either, but there were cheetahs in India once. The Indian cheetah is now extinct, but they were very much there till the early 1900s

WOW I thought I'll drop by for a second time, and I don't believe I saw this the first time! It's INCREDIBLE! The anatomy, the shading, the idea, it's perfect! You did a great job, Tommy!^_^

2 Tommy De Coninck replies: "Aha! A "second-time" visitor. Wonderfull, I am honoured by your frequent visits. Maybe next time I should prepare with a cup of coffee and cakes ? Wel, die hou je dan tegoed 12"

I know you must hear this all the time, but I will say it anyway. What the hell, eh?

This is absolutely astoundingly incredibly amazing!!
I've noticed that it is very hard to give certain things credibility-that is, it is hard to imigine running into it at the grocery store, or when taking a stroll in the park. You sir, have done quite well in achieving that sense of realism.

Great job, and keep up your amazing work!

3 Tommy De Coninck replies: "Sir? You said Sir to me! Now that's kind. Offcourse you don't see these catpersons at the grocery store. Well, actually I ran into this dude at the gas-station. He drives a mighty pretty jeep you know... I'll tell him you said hi."

Fantastic piece. I love the stance as well as the detailing. Kudos on the blades as well.

13 Tommy De Coninck replies: "Fantastic comment. Thanks for that!"

Translation: attaboy as in great job. Alas the American language has been brutally dissected and put back together incorrectly over the centuries...

As for the drawing, he is superbly done. The anatomy is stunning, and I very much like the weapon.

looks good, but it kinda looks a bit hyena-ish too. It's still awesom tho, better than i could ever do. lmao

37 Tommy De Coninck replies: "Just give it a try. And another. And another. Practise makes good."

This is so cool.

It looks totally believable. It also looks like my catpeople, which is a plus!!!! very very cool. He looks dangerous.
