This is D.B.. That's short for Dust Bunny. I think you can guess the rest ;-). Character study sketch. 5in. x 4.5in. graphite mechanical pencil with HB lead on acid free drawing paper. About 2 hours from concept to completion (while watching TV ;-)

Ah, so this is the little bugger I keep blowing out of computers. I had one computer at work come to me that had a "D.B." the size of a golf ball.

Nice work, you're gallery is excellent by the way, I've looked through several of your pictures.

I'm just glad the Dust Bunnies I deal with don't have teeth, although this one looks rather friendly. :c)

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "What makes you think that your's don't have teeth? ;-) Thanks for the comment John."

I luv Dust Bunnies... well, only when they are in another's house XDD
Nice work, Tony, I like a lot it's expression.

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Thank you Karu! It's always nice to hear from you ;-)"

Ahh so this is what they look like when they grow up...cute in a kinda creepy way.
P.S. I have a new picture up.

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Thanks Sarah! I will take a look at the new piece soon."

Have you ever seen the movie Monsters Inc.?

That's what he reminds me of, is one of the main characters.

He's pretty neat though. Looks cuddly.

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Yes, I'm sure there was some Sulley residual memory that found it's way into this piece. Not intentional though ;-)"
9 Aug 2007:-) Shelz Keast
Heh, very cute. Not very rabit like though. I guess since he'd be more closely related to a demon than and real bunny. The fur on the arms is really nice. I'm not sure what it is that he's clasping in his hands.
I'd never heard of dust bunnies until I saw an episode of 'Round the Twist' (an Aussie kids show, still entertaining now). It had a giant dust monster that tried to eat one of the characters (whose laziness happened to create it). I was petrified. Still didn't prompt me to do more house work 12

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "These are the mischievous little demons that spread that thin layer of dust over everything as soon as you turn your back after dusting 1"

Trust me when I say, I know ALL ABOUT dust bunnies. I was, in fact, clearing several rather rougish ones from my art studio earlier this morning.

Adorable!! His cuteness almost hides the diabolical (and unsanitary) nature of the dust bunny...I say, ALMOST...

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Diabolical? Unsanitary? Jenna, you wound! Bunny and his fellow Dust Demons are not unsanitary. There is not a one that has a dust mite on them. They spread the dust to farm the mites which are their favorite food. Bunny likes to feel the juicy POP! in his mouth and the slightly gritty feel as it slides down the throat. Mmmm Mmm good! And good for you too, lots of minerals... and stuff. OK! maybe a little unsanitary. But remember, the next time you are dusting you may be wiping up the farm land of a Dust Demon ;-)"

are their dust wolves?

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "DW (Dust Wolf) may be one of DB’s relatives. I’ll ask him if I ever get the chance (and I learn Dust Demonish) 12"

any thing yet?are those breasts?

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "With my limited knowledge of Dust Demonish, I think DB said Yes!, there is a family of Dust Wolves. Mr & Mrs DW and their son Gray and daughter Timber 12
Breasts?? Are you talking about the tennis ball in his hand? I think someone needs a bit more time in anatomy drawing class... or I just need to learn how to draw better 12 "

sorry innocent mistake.

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "No problem! Sometimes you have to call it like you see it... or at least make your best guess 2 Don’t feel bad, Shelz Keast was confused too 12"

can you draw a picture of a dust wolf?i want to see what they look like.

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Let me see what I can do. I assume the Wolf family will look a bit like Dust Bunny does. They are not like real wolves just as DB is not like a real rabbit. but I will see if DB will bring them around to model some time 2 And it takes some time for an image to upload to Elfwood, so don’t expect anything too soon 2 "
