This picture is great! And the idea of an elfin bath is excellent.

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Thank You Karin! I'm glad you enjoy it. I hope you had the chance to go through the other pices in my Gallery. Did you finish your other gargoyle piece yet?"

Sorry, I just have to share this:

That little stick-like instrument, used to scrape off the oil and grime of the day, is called a "strigil" in Latin. My Latin class, comprised of myself and four other males, had a vocab test coming up, with "strigil" on it. Strigil is feminine, which is unusual because it's "strigilis, strigilis," and most words ending in "-is" are masculine.

So, three of the guys were complaining that they couldn't remember that "strigilis" was feminine. Guy Number Four speaks up:

"Oh, that's easy. You only want a female to use one on you."

*snicker* Since I'm female, that absolutely cracked me up. I got it right on the test, too! ^_^

Anyway...moving right along...

I really love all your artwork. I'd critique if I could, since I try to do that for anything I comment on, but I can't. Your style reminds me a bit of my uncle's--a good thing!

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Thanks for the Latin lesson, and the comment 1"

Fantastic! The detail is so great and you're grasp of anatomy is near perfection. I love it 2

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Thank you, Lauren! It is always nice to get intelligent and mature comments on images that depict the human form. I hope you had the chance to see the other pieces in my gallery and I look forward to seeing more of your current pieces."

Scented oils, mm...

You have to admit, those elves have customer service down.

*twitches nose* Wait--you say they have full moon specials? *grin* Where the heck do I sign up?!

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "I know Sundays don't work for you, so what about Saturday at 10PM? Do you want the 1 hour full body shampoo and massage treatment ending with a 30 minute full brush down and nail filing? That should give you plenty of time to get home again before Sunday ;-)"

You’ve never been clean until now.

:-) Tony Orzech replies: "Yes, nothing like a good scrape-down with a curved piece of metal 12 "
