you do exellent pencil scetches, capturing the mood and basic shapes of a scene very well. i think you should do more detail, an color and shade your pictures. if you go carefully and take some time with them you will do much better than if you just follow new rules for porportion and things.
i think your drawings really have potential, and i wish you luck in completing them and in your RPG progect. Welcome to Elfwood. or, as the case may be, Elcome to Welfwood.

:-) Thomas Pähler replies: "first of all thanks for all the comments!(especially to maia 2 )i have already attempted to color several pictures ('rage','sorrow','dreams' and also another new pic) on the computer. i dont want to send them in too soon though, because i first want to practise coloring some more
ps. i didnt get the 'elcome to welfwood'-part though... hmmm... 2"

Hi there! I really like your gallery, especially your backgrounds. You really get the trees in them seem alive! Wish I could do that...

I think you should use 'the gift, colored' for the thumbnail.
