Because the greenskin races are all imaginary, there's no definite conception of what they ought to look like, which is well and good, but means they can be mistaken for one another; often the only way of telling- apart from the title of course- is trying to measure them against the background, and going by height and bulk.
This is the right way to go- as technologically and sartorially advanced as they are- and it's cute. I'm not sure about the troll's ears, though.
