This is one that I drew for my brother for Christmas a few years back. This scan doesn't do it a lot of justice. The original is much better. Tell me what you think.

Arch-angels abound througout the 'Wood. I'm about to upload one myself. Turned out very nicely, I think. The halo of lightning is a nice touch.

:-) Nathan Alexander Tumulty replies: "Thank you. This picture really looks better in real life. The scanner really butchered it. The paper got a little wrinkled from the pencil pressure."

I love how all your work has little hidden details. In this on the shadow in the backround, and the face in the sheet of the picture of you amazon women. Adds and erie tone to your art. I look forward to some more of your art.

YES. Archangels kick so much...uh...um...BUTT. This is such a great pic and personally my favorite angel one. Damn man you got some real skills. Question, why is Death in the background. I'd love to know the inspiration behind that. I'm a reaper guy too.

:-) Nathan Alexander Tumulty replies: "Thank you!!! As for the reaper, that is to honor one of my favorite artists. I don't know if you know of Derick Riggs but he does most of the art for Iron Maiden. In all of his pictures, he hides a reaper somewhere. I'm just giving him props."

Over all it was a good picture but the top of the wings could have looked more featherie rather than scaleie looking. But really good

the feathers for the wings are good but there’s just too much going on in this picture...find your art in simplicity...there are amazing things about this picture (like the muscle structure) but there is just too much going on in this picture to take away from the good qualities. p.s. work on not emphasizing the small down/pin feathers on the boney part of the wing and study birds more to get the actual shape of the wing down...the feathers fill it up but still make it look a little off
