Great man! Did you ever read "The Riddlemaster of Hed" series? Also, how do you acheive the look you've got here? What's the media?

Haven't read the riddlemaster series...The media here is once more pencils and coloured pencils. The scanning and resizing made this look a bit different from the original.

wellwell.. i'm impressed. you've got such a beautiful drawing style, i say. there is this calm, almost dreamy atmosphere in most of your work;alot of (meaningful) white space, but those soft and composed colours make the pictures perfect, even though you mention some of them are still unfinished. I like this one especially, it's mysterious, indeed - much content in a quite simple form.

I think you've captured the ghosts spirit with this picture and now the poor guy is stuck in elfwood. its one of those,pictures that make you question youre sanity,they come but rarely .good work!

this makes me think of the old archivist - well young but ... he could have been at alixandria when they burned the library - martyred by narrow minded fanatics for the cause of diversity and honesty of perception - my first thought though was more recent times - he had seen his library converted into a shopping mall and then fallen into disrepair - he stood in the path of the buldozers and the wreking ball - the catskinner tryed to stop by was on a downhill slope and the brakes wouldn't hold and it rolled over the top of him - of course they made it an historical landmark after that - what's left of it - it was his favorite place and if you go there of an evening - squezing through, under, over the fence as being young and still active of mind those who are still find fascinating to do (me too sort of ... ) - well he's always there sooner or later of an evening - he's even been known to tell the occasional fragment of his story to those who ask and listen ... well i don't know but that's the sort of feel/what i see in thought/immage ... ~
