She has a name now: Aellessa (Ay-less-ah)! I decided to redo the Ordin Aellessa piece a while back since I thought I could do her more justice now. She was also a favorite of the gallery, and I thought I'd reward her for serving me so well that she should get a new rendering. This is not her final incarnation, however. This is the more detailed style that will be used for Chronicles of Galeia, while the more animated style seen in the New Khailor and Tzallan designs will be done for the bulk of the online comic. You'll see another, more streamlined design of Aellessa one of these days...

Yeah, hand drawn, no computer on this one. I was just careful!

You really do magnificent work on the details. More than I could squeeze onto that page XD. My suggestion would be to spend some time concentrating on hands in your sketchbook. You can model them after people who aren't paying attention, pictures in magazines, or even purchase a wooden hand model (Like the drawing mannequins, but... it's a hand)

Now that's what I call good style, especially the headress. The clothing/armour is very creative, making me wish I'd be able to do that! Very realistic, especially the weapon. Am I right in saying it's a glaive? Ah, well...The folds of the cloth make it look as it the wind was blowing. You're very talented there. I would like to see a coloured pic of it, if you have not done so already.

Dude, that is some seriously nice, clean linework! The technique is really developped... I can never be this um, decisive. 2

But more than that, the character design is great too! She's pretty cool, and I love the armour and equipment.

This is a great picture! Hope you don't mind that this is such a short comment, but that is all there is to say: Great picture!

Fantastic line work on this one, I try to keep my stuff as crisp, but Dang it is hard. Love the detailing in the armour, especially the rounding of the details that you got going there. Are you gonna colour her, and How!
