The Goblin Queen is a character from a comic story that I am  s l o w l y working on.  She's actually half goblin and half elf - you'll have to read the story to see how that happened!  This bust was originally sculpted in Super Sculpey then cast in resin and duplicated.  I then painted it in acrylic paints.

This is crazy! If I were Disney I’d hire you this instant. I think you have what it takes to deliver a finished character - I can so see that queen in a movie.

Would be a ton of work, but it looks like you could sculpt a wonderful Goblin Chess set. Goblins vs. Elves perhaps??? Lots of gamesters would probably pay well for one.
