Perhaps your opinion would improve if my content were mostly recent, as opposed to a range of the only scifi/fantasy art I’ve done for the past 8 years? | 18 Mar 2008 | Katie Verdigris Smoke | Loading... Ok, soz! well often ur bodies seem a little awkward, like their joints are slightly too sharp? Try too round the edges of their arms and legs more on some etc. It just makes them seem less 2d.

I have never really put much thought into that, but I will try to see what you mean. I think one of the biggest problems with my humanoid subjects here seeming "too 2D" is how the majority of them are turned facing toward the viewer, or their bodies are. Also, I haven’t really shown off much spatial shading here, and that makes a big difference." | |
