My first attempt to create a fictional fantasy book cover with the fictional title; Fantasy warrior queen.
The image has only been done in pastel on velouropapir.
Working ... for a long time .. :)
Inspiration, Boris Vallejo and Frank Frazetta.

This is definetly an inspiration from one of Frazetta’s covers. I can’t remember which one. One thing’s for sure : there is NO better Fantasy artist to study than Frank Frazetta ! good work !

Yeah, it looks a lot like Frazetta. And if I were illustrating a book titled "The Warrior Queen," I definitely would not draw the queen looking wimpy with a warrior towering over her. A queen doesn’t kneel. Warriors kneel to her.

For me, drawing in the center and it is mainly the one that should be considered .... but I can see that a proposed title has its effect on a picture ..
