Her skin gleamed, wet with river water and her hair hung in glossy streamers about her shoulders, like strands of water weed. 'You were watching me, weren't you?' she asked, smiling slightly. He didn't answer, his hands behind him, clutching the hasty drawings he had sketched while she, distracted, had played with the lively shembri.

The expression is excellent, and the colors are great. Lovely picture. The water effect is wonderful - I really love it.

Again, wonderful scale-work, and not overdone in the slightest. The reflection on the water is also well done, along with the hint of her actual torso underlaid beneath it.

Oddly enough, although the texture work on the tree trunk is great, the grass next to it seems a little blurred and smudged together...although that does help to keep the Naiad from disappearing into the details of the background...^^
