	This witch is using her witchcraft, infusing the skull with green energy. Maybe like a acid bomb magic or something :) Yes, the media is side-walk chalk on a large cinder-block fence, how perceptive of you to notice ;) I didn't really put much into the design becuz, well, from far away you wouldn't be able to tell, and the surface is such that details are overly difficult.

I love the yellow tones in her skin, and I think you did a great job with the details (despite what you said in the description). I think this is the first chalk drawing I've seen at Elfwood. I've never tried chalk on cinderblock, although I've had plenty of experience using it on bricks... ;o)
