SciFi and Fantasy Art Art Trade: Kisa the Bounty Hunter (noncolored version) by Stephanie E. Riley

This is an art trade I did for Sheila M. Syroka (found here at http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/art/s/y/syroka/ ). This is one of her characters named Kisa (obviously) and she is a bounty hunter of half-humans and anthros! For some reason, she struck me as the kind of person to use a whip as a weapon... and a little dagger never hurt either... so I decided that I may as well have fun with this.
I am currently coloring this pic, but I don't get a lot of time to work on it... one day, there WILL be a colored version up here.I hope you like it Sheila.

16 Apr 2007	Roland Gromes	Loading... Hey, the picture is very dynamic. I'd love to see it coloured. But I think the whip looks a bit like a blade, something like a scythe, probably because it is quite broad. Or like one of those nasty Indian whip blades (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urumi). Stephanie E. Riley replies: "Hmm... you may have a point there... but my logic was that if it's more broad, then it can stretch out more and get longer if made with the right material... Well, I've never drawn a whip before... so it was kinda a test kinda thing. I will see to it that I get time on the computer that has photoshop and get to work! Haha!"

I was tekkoshocon bound for the first time, which is to say it was the first con id ever attended.! Stephanie E. Riley replies: "It's okay. It only showed up yesterday, but I'm glad that you like it. I hope I can get around to coloring it the rest of the way eventually...I've always wanted to go to a con kinda thing... dunno why... but congradulations for you! n_n"

I should just make a bunch of hero costumes for my characters... though I think Valerie would prefer to be a super villain... fun fun!"

Riley replies: "That'll be hard... seeing as how my younger siblings like the computer with PhotoShop on it. They got the Sims 2 on there... it makes me angry at them! Grr..."
