Sillia and Kasanagae were sitting in the empty room, Kasanagae looking at Sillia and then quickly looking away. “You act like you’re going to say something, so say it already,” said Sillia as she watched him closely. “Well,” he said as he turned away again, “I’m not sure how you’ll react.” “I don’t react.” “Yes, that’s true. Well,” he said as he turned to face her again. “Can I hold you?” Sillia thought for a moment and finally said, “I suppose.” “I thought no… what? You don’t mind?” he asked in bewilderment. “It must be lonely at the top and everybody wants you for your money or power. I assume it’s hard to find someone you can really trust and I’m apparently that hard to find someone. Besides, I know how it must feel,” she said with a smile in her eyes. “Oh, Sillia…” cried Kasanagae as he embraced her, and Sillia didn’t mind but, she wasn’t fazed at all by all of Kasanagae’s emotion. She knew that she should feel something, but she didn’t, and this is what scared her more than anything…

Aah - finally both in one picture - very good!
I believe that often the moments where we believe to feel nothing at all are the moments where we feel to much to bear or understand at the moment, maybe that's what Silia is expiriencing?
And is it just me or does he have a little trouble hugging her because of the wings? ;-)

:-) Stephanie E. Riley replies: "Hmm... maybe. Sillia is a mystery, even to me. And yes, wings can cause problems while hugging, and until Sillia learns that she can change the size and designs of her wings, they always will cause problems."
