'Legend has it, a young Princess of Purity shall one day share power, love, and friendship with a unicorn. They'll share harmonious times of the world, with this,' Her placed a silver necklace, with a silver pendent, where a soft blue stone lay to rest in the middle. 'You look beautiful princess.....Happy birthday.' 'Daddy? Do you think I'll be the princess to find the unicorn?' She asked. 'Kay-Kay,' he sighed laying her in bed,'Anything is pssible in the world of imagination, but in reality unicorns do not exist. Goodnight.' He kissed her fore-head and left the room. She awkae at midnight. Out her window she watched as snow floated down to Earth. She became excited, quietly changing, placing on her boots and warm, snow-white coat. She rushed outside twirling in the beautiful night. Then a wail caught her attention. The sound was pierced through her heart, and the world stopped. She followed the cry into the woods, her heart pounding as she wandered deeped into the darkness. Soon she saw a soft glowing light and she wandered closer unvailing two hidden unicorns. The mare was drench in her thick pool or silver blood. There, by her side, was a young colt standing as if to protect her. Unaware she had already passed. When the unicorn and the girl became acquainted she gave him a name. 'Your name shall be Polaris, that of the North Star.' She said and his eyes seemed to gleam. Now to hide the fact he was a unicorn she would borrow his powers, with holding them in her pendent, and his horn would disappear till his magic was returned. When she returned home with him, her house was a blazed. Her parents were dead, she already knew. So, into the forest Polaris and she stayed. She would ride him into town, and the town would greatly admire the white stallion and young maiden. One day after borrowing Polaris' powers, she never returned to him. Not knowing where his friend had gone, Polaris traveled the world in search for her, but she was lost. Then, one day he grew furious, sprouting black wings from his white coat. Polaris now flies as a white horse with the black wings of sorrow, for his glorious angel.

I can just picture it! Maybe you should add in some fierce color, or strong lines of energy around him, a glow even? He's beautiful, my friend. Well drawn and great story!

:-) Teddie 'Venoah' Traxler replies: "Thanks...I thought about making it dark arond him with light beams and stuff...but I'm not sure if its what I want........But thank you...I never thought about color and I might like that idea better"

I like the story, though sad. Good drawing, I love the wings. The front legs seem a little too small, but it still is a pretty pic. Good job!

Sad, but a good story. Maybe you should join the Library, and expland the story a little, for example, what killed the parents and what made her dissapear? Good picture also.

:-) Teddie 'Venoah' Traxler replies: "Thanks for the comment. I will take thought to what you said."
