| This is something I wrote a little in study hall, a little in Calc. Its supposed to have a little humor... it is meant to have a lighter side to contrast the dark... (thanks for helping me explain Kelly) but yes its supposed to have a little joke here and there to make me appear less morbid... lol does it work... didn't think so. hehe... Hope you enjoy. |

Hunting in a land so dark
My kind live in this world so stark
Some kinds live in a world of light
We feed off them in their night
Our day their night, our night their day
It’s as if they live to be our prey
Hunting down all I can
Including those with a tan
I’m the evil lurking in the night
Looking for one and all who’ll fight
Turning one out of quite a few
One might hope I don’t choose you
My kind need many more
To take the world like once before
Stalking through the open night
Looking for my usual fight
Seeing another on which to feed
Drinking his blood with such greed
Noticing how he wished this change
Wow these humans sure are strange
Reading his thoughts knowing his mind
Soon he’ll be among my kind
He’ll be dead in a world of the living
He’ll be dead but it’s life I’m giving
Walking along hand in hand
Peering through the dark of this land
He wasn’t searching just for my kind
It was me he was looking to find
No longer a part of humanity
Living in my eternity
Still he swears no regrets
He willed this change he never forgets
He welcomed and willed his life to change
Wow he is strange
My kind live in this world so stark
