(2009) It's a pretty quick sketch of some favourite manga characters of mine. And they all have something in common.

Yes...

Hats!

I love guys with hats! Though they don't have much else in common. It's from left to right: Vampire Alucard from Hellsing, dampiel Vampire hunter D and last the rubberman Luffy from One piece. Luffy is by far the favourite, but I rather like the other two too. :) I'm quite happy with how they came out all things considered. I mean, I'm not that good at drawing manga (since I very rarely do it) and it's the first time I've drawn Alucard and D. And I've never drawn so many hatted people in one picture before! *lol*

Love this as it is, but would you consider colouring this? Marika Viklund replies: "Thank you! No, I don’t think I’ll be bothered to colour it. I have to many other things to colour that are better. But it was fun drawing them! "

Oh, by the way, Alucard’s calmed down. Marika Viklund replies: "lol Thank you! Yes, I like Michelle too, she’s nice and a good artist. He’s calmed down? Like, how? He’s more obedient you mean? I like him anyway I think. "
