Once again a personal illustration from one of my stories. To make a long story short the red-haired girl is escaping, from what I will not reveal, with her new friend, Aluzhe of the ever-brights, accompanying her. This is a dangerous land, but as things seem darkest their lives are saved by a great, white wolf with three eyes and six legs. He is one of the three creatures known to Aluzhe as the Dogs of Destruction, but promises them he is their friend and have only good intentions for them. Filled with a strange and sudden sense of trust and connection with this magnificent creature, the girls agree to letting him help them with their escape and lead them through these dark woods. Beyond them, he says, their destiny awaits.


As usual, this piece started out as a traditonal pencil drawing which was worked further on and coloured digitally in Photoshop.
