SciFi and Fantasy Art Character/Costume Design - Kacy by Vilhelmina Ullemar

This was supposed to be something entirely different (I'm not going to tell you what, since that idea might still be coming up later and I don't want to spoil the surprise), but somehow ended up this. Her name is Kacy, and she's a half elf. I admit Kacy might not be the kind of name one would imagine an elf to have, but I think it suits her rather well nevertheless. She has a pet dragon, which I failed to include in this picture. That's not fully my fault, however, as a certain someone failed equally well to tell me about the existence of said dragon until the picture was nearly finished already (Now isn't that the most lovely, if a bit twisted, excuse?). I'm aware the picture makes little sense, and that she's basically just standing there in that slightly uncomfortable pose, but I mainly wanted to show off her outfit anyway. Isn't it interesting? Oh, and please don't bug me about the lines, I know they're sloppy. I could have made them more tidy, but I deliberately rushed them because I wanted to colour this. Hm... I think that's that for now. Enjoy the picture!

The lines in this picture were drawn and inked by hand, and then I coloured the picture in openCanvas 4.03 Plus. I use a Wacom Volito tablet. From start to finish in around three hours one day in December 2005.

I alway enjoy finding great pices never commented on seem like peopel coment on almost every one but some of my favority i think if you did your work more like this every time it woudl be alot better ither that of this is an newer pices and you had that mutch more experience any ways keep on practising i would love to see you do a more intence piece with back round forground other charter and soo on get more ambush you might be suprised and keep up the good work Vilhelmina Ullemar replies: "Well someone always has to come first, and this time, it looks like it was you.
