This picture was a nightmare to draw. My youngest boy scribbled all over it halfway through, so I had to do a lot of repair work which rather took the fun out of drawing it. Hastily finished, I still kind of like it. Please notice the homonculai hanging against the wall watching the mage. I used Photoshop to add the red tint to the eyes.

Wow! I know you have been getting this a lot, but I really couldn't tell it had ever been scribbled on. The detail you put into your work is amazing, and I love the folds in the clothing, that must have taken forever to get right and add the wonderful shading so that the overall effect would look so realistic. I don't think this looks like a succabuss at all, and I love the way you portrayed a mage as someone who has to study too as you almost never see them doing anything except just standing there proudly casting some spell. Keep up the wonderful work. You inspire me.

I like the look on the mage's face, it actually looks like she,s studying it; unlike other pictures, which just have the person stare at whatever, without a single bit of attention of focus in the person's eyes (if that was what the artist was aiming for). I like the position she's in, as if she is trying to find a comfortable spot to read in.

this is magnificent. One of the most realistic straight drawings I’ve seen in a while.
