Tag As FavoriteComment		I did this almost entirely in Lightwave. I did the texturing of the altar in Photoshop, and loaded it into Lightwave to come up with this 3D CG object. I am building a CG temple to a fantasy god of war, and this is one of the altars that will be within.

Wow! this is great normaly computer generated pics look so fake but this looks like it could have been done by hand. A very talented hand.

That's very cool - I like the concept a lot. Now don't get me wrong - it's a great image, though I do have a couple of suggestions for it. Some areas of it seem a little empty (like on the top of it, around the axe engraving) - some extra detail might help out those bits. Also, perhaps you might want to add some weathering to it (i.e. maybe give it a few cracks, a bit chipped off here and there) to give it a sense of age. Still, pretty neat.
