	Just studies to get the look and personality of my fave hobbits down. I've always loved a freckle faced Sam :)Just wish I wouldn't draw so damned cartoony :(

But I think my favorite thing of all is the relationship between them. You know, that they truly love eachother, but they stil are not, and never have been, gay, Bi, a couple, anything! I love that, by their love they seem to invite us, to join their world...if you beleive...
13 Jan 2004	Westby	Loading... I know what you mean about wanting to draw in any other style but cartoony. It's a challenge to draw realistically when, if you're like me, you started out as an anime artist and gradually turned to fine arts and the like for college...I love anime, but it's hard to draw in any other style since I grew up drawing like that!! Don't look at my page, I haven't updated in several millenia. I absolutely love your style, it's beautiful, so don't worry about drawing cartoony...not only does it get the point across, but a ton of people are more drawn in by that style because it seems warmer and more familiar. I adore your hobbits.
