i'm deeply influenced by art nouveau and deco movements, celtic art, gothic tidbits and famous fashion designer and artist erte.
also, anyone can draw some girl with horns or a classic dragon. in all my pieces, i tried to create something different!
a thought; here, or at deviantart or epilogue, if you don't be a "comment whore" and freaking comment every freaking piece submitted (more or less) ---- with a "freaking", beatiful or so good, or pretty! fuck off? who the hell needs a comment like that? ----never expect to be popular. (i left deviantart thinking, what the hell, skinners and walpaper makers and fractal dumbasses and watercolors and vectors in the same place? bull.) and i left epilogue because it wasn't accepting b/w works or line art...
so... it's a freaking stupid thing maybe, this whole share you art thing... i don't know...
psychology, philosophy, literature, quantum mechanics and all sorts of other wise ass stuff out there. i'm also interested with astrology though.
Favorite Fantasy/Scifi Movies and TV Shows
lord of the rings. stargate, stargate atlantis, solaris.
Favorite Fantasy/Scifi Books
even though i play frp and rpg games and loving it (baldurs gate, neverwinter nights etc.) i'm not really into books when it comes to fantasy or sci-fi. see, reading is a serious subject to me and i'll always choose something i can learn from.

Great art, I like how you use ornaments combined with figures. The colour scheme is also really nice.
Maybe you should be careful of quallity. On ’Garuda’ and ’three of hearts’ there are single pixels visible on lineart and it is a bit distracting. Other two pics are neat and smooth though, so it might be something you already got rid of…
Good luck and keep going

Welcome to the woods! Very nice ( and VERY detailed!) work. I love art nouveau myself but I never get it right when I try it... Congrats on the mod’s choice for archer of the woods!

i like your saying. it’s so true. i’ve seen exaples of that saying on a daily basis. Reha ardic
replies: "pain is inevitable, suffering is optional... this? yeah. like if you don’t give it a darn and accept everything you might not suffer. stop being a perfectionist and leeet the flow carry you away. "

True evil is causing unnecessary suffering. Pain is a signal of something wrong. If all is going right there is no pain. If suffering is optional, that means it is all in the way you look at things. You can choose suffering or exaltation, as did the medieval Christian saints according to legend.
Your work is so beautiful and definitely inevitably causes pleasure instead of pain. Reha ardic
replies: "except that "if all going right" part almost never happens. according to murphy if anything can go wrong, it will. your pain description a bit too physical if you ask me and that make only a small portion of universe of pain. gotta think like beckett, always tried, always failed. tried again, failed better.
and thank you for kind words."

Your work is so stunning! I’m glad you got mod’ed (totally well deserved), because it gave me a chance to peruse your gallery. Keep up the fantastic work. I’m tagging you as a fave! So please continue to post! Reha ardic
replies: "argh! the pressure! i’m afraid i’m not a fruitful artist, it takes so much time for me to do something normally. i have one more piece waiting to be uploaded and a work in its early stages but i’ll do my best! thank you for the kindness and motivation."

I love the way you bring back art nouveau into this time with modern techniques! And please, don’t drown yourself in pain. Pain is only the opposite of bliss- one cannot exist without the other
At least you have your drawing to escape in, like most people here at Elfwood and that’s great! Reha ardic
replies: "yeah, pain and bliss are based on your values and ideals and how aware you are. like, a cow is in bliss if it finds a nice grassy area, many people in this world as well, if they find enough to eat and **** i guess. cause that’s how they are programmed, eat, eat, eat, ****, ****, ****. my bliss is beyond that, beyond man-made religions, beyond material possesions, beyond 5 seconds omgs... but if you ask me what is it for you, i’m not really sure... i just know i can’t be satisfied with those... in fact, i feel like i’ll never be able to find anything that "really" matters. but hey, drawing things like those sometimes make me feel like i really did something that matters... probably not."
