Tag As FavoriteComment		This is another illustration I did last year about the Hobbit. In it you can see Gandalf the Grey aproaching bagend, the home of Bilbo Baggins. The medium is oil, sorry for not pointing that out earlier hehe.

Just excellent. I envy the way you can draw, especially the threes in the background, the whole upper right corner is amazing in not having much in it without being empty.

Wow.

That is very nice! I coul've sworn that I saw that same pic on a cover for one of the books (fellowship or The Hobbit--can't remember, paperback) but it isn't the same. Makes me long for Middle Earth! (--again. Sigh.)

OMG Bagend!!!! *does little jig of happiness* I love Bagend!!! I love the portions of the book Bagend is in!! The hobbits are only second to the elves. I love the detail of Gandalf going up the pathway. Did you intend it to be a scene from The Hobbit or The Fellowship?
