| 26 Feb 2008 | Thomas Berndhäuser | Loading...That is indeed a cargo vessel. Nothing wich is not absolutely necessary, as much space as possible inside... i´m not sure i would like to be a passenger inside this one.... interesting light direction in here. Dave Cripps replies: "Oh I don’t know the passenger area’s are in the ’Wing’ structures and in a budget airline style. All plastic chairs and plastic food It was meant to be in the atmosphere, all buildings sticking up from the clouds, but looking at it from afar it seemed to be a tight telephoto style shot of an orbiting ship." | |
| 26 Feb 2008 | John R Farley Jr | Loading...Built in the same shipyard as the Sealab? Big and green, and but up to the task. The darker part looks like a container, reminds of those big container ships that are plucked off the ship then put into a truck. So this would be a versatile freighter, able to carry large loads inside, and also outside like awkward cargo or another ship. Dave Cripps replies: "Possibly by the same manufacturer. I imagined that darker area to be thousands of containers. But later thought perhaps they are just vast doors. Pull them back to reveal the containers inside. As for the cargo outside I have another idea springing to mind." | |
| 26 Feb 2008 | Andrea Lanzoni | Loading...Doesn’t look like something which is going to fly but if you say so it must be true. Almost a Photo-realistic paint, though, very nice! Dave Cripps replies: "Lanz you doubt the power of Gravity Wave ships? LOL I don’t think it’s meant for atmospheric use. It says so in the manual here. " | |
| 27 Feb 2008 | Saskia H. Suurling | Loading...Another nice picture of you. I like the contrasrt of the green and the sky. The ship looks solid built and very strong so that way you’ve done very well at the cargo purpose of it. Dave Cripps replies: "A big solid ship with a purpose and no messing about. Best not demand more than plastic class in the cabins as a boot and an airlock awaits LOL" | |
| 28 Feb 2008 | Spiros Fon Kourtakis | Loading...Fresh meat. Oh very good Job Dave. As you clearly defined your space ship is a cargo ship and as I can see as a Naval Architect has the correct scheme of a cargo ship of 20th century but where is the cranes to discharge the cargo. Just kidding!!! Bravo Dave once again!!! Dave Cripps replies: "The cranes for unloading are in the space dock. With extra robotic ones secreted underneath the covers. But can you see what it really is?" | |
| 2 Mar 2008 | Chris H. [picking holes since 1999] | Loading...Hmmm, do any of these craft make it ouside the atmosphere Mister C? Dave Cripps replies: "I think you’ll find the term Parking Orbit and the wakky Orbital Space Station point towards Investi... erm.... Extra Atmospheric." | |
| 3 Mar 2008 | Kim Schoonover (Darth Maul´s scary sister) | Loading...Very green... but isn’t the sky a bit blue for it being so high? Dave Cripps replies: "Its on the bright side." | |
