SciFi and Fantasy Art X-Men Original Characters by G. H. ´Trace´ Webster III

I have been experementing with cartooning lately, and am really inspired by the work of Steve Silver, who did the character design for Kim Possible and Clerks. So I decided to Redo my X-Men OC's in the Kim Possible Style.

The Characters are as Such (Left to Right): Keenan Keen Mega Perception abilities, Evie Pixel Cyberkinesis, Charlie Allure Magnetic Mastery, Alastair Raven Shadow Manipulation, Kevin Velocity Super Speed and Stamina, Falena Gato Telepathy/Phychic Powers.

13 Jun 2006	Catch	Loading... very cool. and they're x-men if you want them to be, so "hmph!" to sir anonymous there. Charlie's boots seem to be a little huge. . .other than that, this is one of the most acurate style recreations that i've seen. good work. G. H. 'Trace' Webster III replies: "They are actually that huge. She was a friend's character in an RPG... She had magnetic powers, so she wore huge metal boots and used them to "fly.""
16 Jul 2006	Dragon Daemon	Loading... How the HELL are they the 'original' x-men? The originals were Cyclops,Bobby Drake,Jean,Angel and Beast. Not whoever they're meant to be. G. H. 'Trace' Webster III replies: "See the above comment: RPG! Role-Playing Game! By "Original Characters" I mean that we made them up, not that they are the original X-Men."
17 Jul 2006	Inferno	Loading... It's okay, but I have to agreewith Dragon Daemon over there. Yo can even check the the essential X-men vol 1 !!! These characters weren't even featured! Any good comic fan should know that!!! G. H. 'Trace' Webster III replies: "R.P.G."
19 Aug 2006	Rob the Badger <oneil73@gma...com>	Loading... I'm not getting how people are confusing that these are YOUR X-men from a role playing game, and confusing them with the first X-men squad. That are your original creations. Not the original Xavier students. Sheesh!

I think you just confused people with the title - someone from outside Elfwood doing a web search for original X-Men will naturally expect to find the Marvel characters. (Especially in the future if the search also includes the word Marvel, which is now included on the page by this comment.) Amending your description to start with "Personal RPG characters" might cut down on the confusion a bit. Or maybe not - some people refuse to read the descriptions. Oh - the art style is cool! Very Possible! Especially the gals. If you said the redhead was Kim as an X-man I'd have believed you... G. H. 'Trace' Webster III replies: "You may be right, but if I changed it now, none of the previous comments would make sense to new people."

The brunette (on the end I can't remember what you called her ,memory of a goldfish this one) looks so much like Bonny from the series lol. Was that your intention? G. H.
