| Dont ever leave your children unguarded! |

On her tippy toes, she dances. As light as a feather, she jumps. Her small wings give her flight. Everywhere she goes, she leaves a small dewdrop, for she is the dew fairy. Never staying at one place at a time, she goes where her dancing feet takes her. Dancing, flying, jumping until…something caught her attention. She sees a small human sitting in a flower garden singing to herself. With a flick of her wings, she’s on a nearby flower, silently watching the human. The human is young, her years only three, and her singing voice as sweet as honey. She can’t resist, her fee wants to twirl with the song, and she starts to dance on the flower. Suddenly the singing stops and she turn to see why. The human has spotted her, and now watches her in amazement. Fighting her urge to fly off to safety, she stares back at the human.
“What’s your name?” The sweet human voice asked the fairy.
Feeling a bit daring, she decides to answer.
“I’m dewdrop! Who are you?”
The human smiled in delight.
“My name is Lisa, and I’m 3 years old.” The human held up 3 fingers to show the fairy.
“Sing to me sweet Lisa!” The fairy asked.
The human started singing what seems to be a nursery rime, and the fairy stared dancing in delight. Her toes twirled her around, her wings giving her flight and small dewdrops appeared out of nowhere. As the human stopped singing, the fairy sat down on the flower petal.
“Sweet Lisa, why have you stopped?”
“Silly! The song is finished.” The human said giggling.
“Sweet Lisa, look at you hair!” The fairy said smiling.
The human looked at her hair and saw that it was full of shining dewdrops that looked like diamonds.
“Are you my friend?” The human asked.
“If you will always sing to me sweet Lisa, I will be your friend.”
“I love singing!” The human said in delight.
“Then come with me sweet Lisa, where you can always sing to me!” The fairy took flight, and without a backwards glance, the human followed her.
In a small house, Lisa’s mother didn’t notice as her daughter disappeared from their flower garden, never to be seen again.
