Lucy of Sylviath
My Player character in the D&D Homebrew campaign I'm currently playing in
When a group of adventurers was tasked to hunt down and dispose of a band of troublesome drow slavers, they did not count on finding a newborn child in the camp of their newly slaughtered enemies. So, after some discussion (and loud protests from the eladrin) the group decided to raise the child between themselves.
And so, Lucy had a good childhood, she picked up skills from her various godparents and with some arcane education, she turned out to be quite a capable bard. Following in her guardians footsteps, she joined her own adventuring party.
All went well until she had the severe misfortune of dying. To her surprise, she was called to Arvandor and greeted by Lord Corellon himself (our GM later explained that he was really just bored and horny). When the party tried to resurrect Lucy, she was given the option of paying allegiance to Corellon and coming back as his paladin, she wholeheartedly agreed.
Yeah.... A drow paladin of Corellon, cliche' as all hell, but who cares, she's really fun to play
