"The Raven Queen " by Carina nor

The Raven Queen is the goddess of winter, fate and death in Dungeons and Dragons. This my interpretation of how she was presented to us by the game master, I believe the phrase "magnificent rack" came up at a point.

Anyway, our adventuring party 'The Bright Blades' had to go and seek her favour, she was the fourth and last god they had an audience with.

My character was terrified, and with good reason, seeing as only months previous she and another party member had killed all the followers and burned down one of her greater temples. Not only did they have to meet her, but they actually had to find the audacity to ask her for a boon that most of her followers would give their right hand for.

However, after being interrogated by her about the deed, she surprised them all by saying that she was happy about what they had done because the organization had fallen out of her grace. She said that to get her boon they would have to go to two temples connected to the first one and ether set the rest of the organization straight of "send them to her early"

I have to say, I really dislike working with such dark colours, makes it hard to prevent everything from just blending into each other and look good
