 this should exemplify the differences between the two main Orc tapes in my fantasy universe ( up- male, down- female)

the left side presents the noble Orcs of Elrek in the Halendaal plane . The right side shows the Orcs of Baldoore lowlands.

The history of the Elrek Orcs starts a couple of hundred years ago in the territorial fights of several Orc tribes. Five of them were able to unite and merge in a singular tribe with a single lieder afterwards gaining number by uniting peacefully and through battle with other tribes. as they becomes a considerable force they drawn attention from the other powerful races. The Elrek Orcs were convinced to join the peace alliance between nations. with their help they became more civilized nation also in time changing their appearance 

The Baldoore Orcs are the western Orcs that have kept their tribal migratory organisation and almost constant conflict being a threat to the surrounding nations . They are yet unable to proper organize in other conditions than war 

The two Orc species have grown a powerful hatred toward one another often leading to conflict
