As the story of this long-forgotten project goes, Yakumo has the power to control the weather in small areas and is half-demon, though what powers he exactly gains because of that remains unknown.

this is a really well done picture, I love the detailing and espec the tattoos and the background. I have to say his face is rather feminine, which with the hair almost made me mistake him for one. But I like this alot.
