That barcode on the guy's back is awesome. Hm... I think the colors should be more contrasting/ed? It looks sort of pale/dusty, but that might just be my computer screen 14

It’s a great picture with meaning, but the colors need to be more contrasting and not look dusty or overcome with sunlight.
