The title is appropriate, the clouds are "lowering" upon the land, in that lovely archaic word's sense. His tattoos, skirt, and wings look three-dimensional with a minimum of line and no apparent effort. I'm glad, by the way, that you showed a man with such a flowing skirt -- it's refreshing and evokes many cultures that we don't often see in fantasy art. ...
