The inspiration for a lot of my pictures comes from the RPGs Shadowrun, D&D or Vampire. I draw and paint because I like it... just for fun. Perhaps I'll do something with drawing in my job later... Now I just finished school and I should think about what this job would be. Perhaps teacher in art or so...?! Well... hard to decide! I began with drawing humans (or better 'humanoid cratures') when I began reading manga. My interest for human anatomy grew bigger. Now I invent my own comic characters (I think there shouldn't be any character on my pictures not invented by myself... but of cours the inspiration for them comes from somewhere like I told you above) My favourite sci-fi MANGA's still AKIRA. Since some months I read 'Blade of the Immortal', 'Vagabond' and 'Kenshin'. I think the drawing styles of these manga have influenced my own...

Your art is fantastic! I love so many of your works (all of them, really), so it's hard to decide my fave, but I really like 'the water'. The detail you put into the forestry and things like that is staggering, and the colouring is great! I love your gallery!
