I'm not too crazy about the portrait in their, but I guess if it wasn't there, this picture would be considered completely abstract, and not get into Elfwood in the first place. Adam Houston replies: "i have to admit this is the picture i am least happy with as well and for a long time i wasnt going to include it in the end however the abstract lines made me think of all the spirits of the earth growing up from their source so i had to put it in. I think this is the best of your Elements-series. The shapes are well chosen. They remind of rocks and leaves - they are stiff and flowing, stony and leaf-like at the same time , and I think this fit perfectly for the theme earth. | |
