SciFi and Fantasy Art Blacksword Promo Page by Ximon Dunedain

This was done a few years back. It was originally intended as a promotional piece to give people an idea of what I was talking about when discussing my eternally-in-progress graphic novel that I've been working on. The character is an adaptation of a longstanding role-playing character of mine (surprise, surprise!), a planeswalking psionicist, half dark elf, half grey elf. This particular scene is based upon her foray into a Shadowrun-inspired world. A lot has changed in my ideas about the character and portrayal of her since then, but I still have a soft spot for this piece because it was my first real exploration of this particular line style that has become a hallmark of my black and white illustrative work.
