SciFi and Fantasy Art The Light by Kevin H. Yancey

The Light is the embodiment of Death. She roams the Planes, taking and escorting the souls of the once living to the Realms of the Dead, Necromecia. Who can resist the beauty of Death, but stand to be alone with her? Rich and Poor, Heroes and Cowards, Pious and Sinners, it doesn't matter. Death is coming and she wields a giant axe, ready to cleave your head from your shoulders. That's it....keep running....you'll get tired soon and when you do, she'll be there.

19 Sep 2004	Greg	Loading... Wow, thats a really original concept (and a really neat drawing). Its kinda like how those near-death experiences always talk about seeing "the light" and everything. A lot of eastern religions associate white, not black, as the color of death, which I have always thought is interesting.
