Wow, she looks great!
And she's not bare-breasted, kudos on that!
However, "Mermaid" is a bit mundane. You could at least come up with a more origional title like "Aqua" or "Happy Birthday" since it's a birthday presant or something.
But anyway, good job.

Cool concept. I like the fins along the arms. Using scales to hide the breasts is both subtle and believable; at least, more than a shell-made bikini top!

WOW - I love the unique scaling on the side of the tail to the breasts. Very cool way to cover-up. The detail work is more than good!
