Is this a drawing or stain glass. It looks a lot like stain glass to me. very pretty.

:-) Leena K Huhtanen replies: "It is ment to look like glass even it is painted with watercolors and ink."

Whether the meaning is deep or just an artistic expression formed in a lovely geometric style, this is one very fine piece of art. I really like the bright analagous colors and the way you used basic shapes to lay out the composition. I think that this piece is the strongest one in your gallery for these reasons.

:-) Leena K Huhtanen replies: "This is an honor 18"

You chose beautiful colours for this, and the sky is awesome! Cool style, I like it.

:-) Leena K Huhtanen replies: "Thank you! Nice to hear you liked it."

The three women remind me of the "crone/mother/maiden" aspect of pagan mythology - the woman in red and furthest away would be a crone, walking into the future, the woman standing in the foreground would be the mother in autumnal colors holding her hand out to help the spring-colored maiden, who is unsure of what is ahead but kneeling like a pupil ready to learn from her teachers... it’s beautiful!

:-) Leena K Huhtanen replies: "Hey, thank you! That explanation sounds so good. I could have not found a better one, by myself 18"

I think this represents the complex relationship of women, like mother/daughter, sisters, friendship, etc. Compared to this, woman’s relationship to man is quite simple! *lol*

This piece is quite remarkable in the lovely color and the quality of light.

:-) Leena K Huhtanen replies: "Thank you. Every comment to this picture makes me proud!"

22WOW...simply wow. WHY DIDN’T THIS GET A MOD’S CHOICE?!? Every single thing about it is just so incredible!!!

:-) Leena K Huhtanen replies: " I wasn’t going to even put this picture in elfwood... but I am glad I did. I was so suprised about the good comments"
