How did you create that? What did you use?

:-) D. 'Yolaron' Hendrikson replies: "I used Adobe Illustrator with an optical mouse to draw it. The swirlies are a watercolor brush in Illustrator, and the ripples are the same, only blured. the rest is just gradiants and shapes. "
