Awesome idea, she is definitely cool and unique dragon. Very well drawn, the colouring is great!
My suggestion is to call her Kery (if you like this name)...

Not that I'm any good at coming up with names, but "Yusura" maybe? But that sounds too much like your other character name. Hmmmph.
Otherwise, I love her! Her paws and ears are especially well drawn. She is definitely very unique. Great Job with the coloring!

Wow...(I know I keep saying that). Very unique dragon, and I love the idea behind this drawing.

There's a little bit of a Photoshop fuzz around the lines...did you use layers or color directly? That is the *only* thing I can suggest to improve this...otherwise, it's just fantastic.

I like the way the dragon is looking at the dragonfly holding the rope. its more of a semirespectful way insed of the usual 'I will kill you' look
