The Sacred Flower - a delicate and, of course, extremely rare flower that, under the right conditions, will give the holder supreme power until the petals of the flower wilt and fall. When the last petal drops to the floor, the power is gone, and yet another flower has died. It has no shadow as no shadow can be cast on a flower such as this. Gaia's unwilling gift and curse of pure energy. This is the flower we see before this woman. It is offered to her by a mysterious sorceress who claims to grows them ...

7 Jan 2003	Bernie	Loading... I love this one! This is by far your BEST one (and that's not taking away anything from your others either!) I've seen. The close-up is just brilliant. One can tell you put a lot of time in this and paid close attention to details on it. I forgot to ask you how long did it take you?? And the story-telling you provided at the top just enhances the picture (and its meaning) that much more. It brings it to life. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Lisa C. Y. Cheng replies: " The best part of an hour and a half. I had the urge to draw at the time. I was procrastinating ... homework is MEAN!!! And this picture has inspired me to a short story that i know I'll never write And I know ... Boooooootiful! Oh dear ... I've jut noticed my booboo ... cries too late nooooooooow!! WAAAAAAAH!"
