Anyway. Ilike this crazy fiend, yar. The feet look a bit odd, but the hands and what you can see of the face are faboo.

This cat would seem fairly at home in the anime kenshin /samurai x {chock full of freaky man-slayers in later episodes }

he definitely has a lot of personality {has a lot to do with the stance and tongue i think }
but i agree with some o the folks on the list , mainly that he needs a lil extra something {tattoes, piercings , scars etc etc }

Yea verily decoration is definitely on the menu. Maybe some of those spiky broad leather bracelet thingys you know the ones that look like evil dog collars. Something to break the monotiny of the long undecored arms. Other then that I love the tongue man! Very wicked with much slimy evilness! Anywho the dude who said kenshin was right the slayers are getting even freakier and we aren't up to episode 20 on cartoon network yet Rouroni Kenshin you should check it out!(P.S. The cotton candy does look like it's eating you! there's an idea for a picture>)

spiffy, its like...like Spike Speigle (Cowboy Bebop), The Hulk (...the hulk) and that Rikshaw guy at the begining of indiana jones and the temple of doom all blended into one...with long arms. its good in my book.

His name could come from Bokomo, which is a well-known South African cereal brand... just a thought.

That's an idea for a comic, though:

BokomoMan! He flies! He swims (if he wears special protection from getting all soggy and mush and stuff...)! He provides 9 essential vitamins and minerals for growing children! etc...

very great, I love the hat, it look very oriental, well, he kind of look like an oriental demon or bad guy you can see in manga (ex.: Rorouni Kenshin, ninja scroll, etc.) like the Spiky hair, well, it's one of my ''coup de coeur''...hum...eeee...favorite... , keep going man

Awesome charicter! He obviously has more than a hint of mischief about him, and the overall style is amazing! I'd have to say it's one of the best I've seen. Great job!

I agree with flamekaat. bakamon does belong in the Rouroni Kenshin series. or maybe the Inu Yasha series. they're both feudal japan, anime series with lots of killing and samories, and freaky manslayers/ demons with super speed and agility who love the glory of death and Battle... ^-^'
*awkward pause* Well, they're both really good. you should rent one of the series and watch it and seriously consider sending your picture to the producers.
I also agree with the person who said you should add more detail to the body. piercings, scars, tatoos, etc... would make and awesome addition to this already awesome picture. i love the tongue and the stance; makes him look carefree and sorta cool and lunatic-like.
realize i haven't said anything totally original... I'm such a copycat T-T
Awesome picture. draw more of these freaky dudes. or maybe you can try your hand at drawing a good guy?

Zachariah Campbell replies: "I'm catching up on my INU YASHA now... it's neat stuff. I'm still untouched by the KENSHIN bug, though it sounds like something I would like, for sure. Maybe Bakamon needs some more detail on his body... hm. He's really pretty much a straight up crazy-evil-freak stereotype. Anime is full of his ilk, toothy smiles, slurping tongues and all... which makes -me- the copycat. heh "
