Okay, here's a pic of La Muerta that makes no sense... enigma, dead soul, undefeated pit-fighter, supernaturally gifted killer... looking all cute and half-naked. Hmmm.

What can I say? :)

This was a random ballpoint-pen doodle, sketched on the back of some school memo. I like the way it came out... there's a casual feeling here, and I like the messy hair. :)

And before anyone bothers to mention it, YES, she IS really skinny and androgynous, and no REAL woman could look like that, blah-blah-blah... she's clearly a gothy, stylized drawing... yet you know SOMEONE is going to feel the need to point out the obvious (and intentional). If you have something to say on this issue, just save time and e-mail it to me...

Zachariah Campbell replies: "Thanks! I'm especially happy with this one, considering it started as just a doodle, in pen, no less (no erasing). I dunno why I always draw her so "cute" when she should really be "scary as hell" but oh well... I'm a guy. "
26 Jan 2005	Darren	Loading... well, I don't like the face, but I really really love the pose and the figure! So much so that I'd love to see that same body in another drawing, it just looks really cool, relaxed, muscular and sexy all at once. Zachariah Campbell replies: "Yeah, the face is a bit messy... a side effect of doing this as a straight pen sketch. I couldn't really erase or fix anything. Still, I like her expression... it seems to go with the pose. "
