Red Badge? What the heck does that mean? Her shield isn't even red, it's gold. Geez, I don't even know anymore. That's what happens when you make superheroes when you're like, 11 years old, I guess. :)

Maybe I should have called her 'Chevron', or uh.. Shield-Woman or something...

So she's another one of those darn shield-wielding heroes. She's got some super strength, but her main power is her ability to manifest psychic energy into solid forms... yeah, that's her shield. Hypothetically, that would be a really awesome power, but she only ever really learned to make simple forms, like the shield. This could be a fun character to re-invent though. Hmmmm...

I'm leaning to "Chevron" at the moment, since it fits the costume so nicely, but I'd be afraid of getting sued by a gas company... "

23 Oct 2004	Lim	Loading... When I first glanced at the title, I thought it said "The Red Bagel". I think that'd be a good name for a serious looking super hero like that just to throw people off. She is cool, but rather typical.
26 Jan 2005	Darren	Loading... wow, I really like this one alot. Her right foot is a little clunky though, also, I always feel that the breasts are too high on all of your characters. Zachariah Campbell replies: "The hilarious thing is that you just can't stop talking about the breasts... you're obsessed, man! In this case, I feel that there's a reasonable bit of "hang", and her arm is raised as well. As for her right foot, that's the one I like, because it looks like a real foot. It's the rear foot I find too "flat" and pointy. I hate tiny, pointy feet. "

Street Fighter Alpha and stuff like that. Lots of exaggerated proportions, big hands and feet. I was never totally happy with this picture, and a while back, through the magic of photoshop, I did a revised version. Maybe I should post that one here... She still has big feet though. "

Zachariah Campbell replies: "I think it -was- actually inspired by that book, which is especially funny/embarrassing, because I’ve never -read- that book. I probably just thought it sounded cool. Y’know... symbolically, the "red badge of courage" is probably a gunshot wound, isn’t it? Heh. Again... 11-year-olds should not be trusted with superhero names. "
