SciFi and Fantasy Art TF01: Jack-knife by Zachariah Campbell

This is a... er, 'Transforming Robot'. Ages ago, some friends and I made a transforming robot RPG, and made up a bunch of our own transformers. A few years ago, I went on a big nostalgia kick and started drawing my own transformers again (oddly, I never drew the Hasbro characters).

This is Jack-knife. His alternate mode is a tilt-cab transfer truck, and he hauls a large container trailer (hence the dual-meaning code-name).

He is part of an illustrious duo who work in the fascinating field of uh... 'resource aquisitions'. Essentially, they are the 'bot equivalents of small-time crooks.

His partner is a sneaky runt of a Camaro named Switchblade who is ostensibly the 'brains' of the operation (if not the common sense) while Jack-knife is certainly the brawn. No pic for Switch though. Not yet anyway... :)
