A Tathi warrior practicing broadsword. (from my Jesse Pigeon storyline)

Though it might not look it, I have not finished this. For one I never made a nostril on the nose, and there are hints of tatoos in the arms that I never finished. The lines on the left hand were not made dark enough, the right hand is just plain wierd..so are some forearm muscles. I could also add details to the sword hilt, and blade, and make a realer more exciting background. To add even more interestingness I could add feathers, but that could also hide a lot of the body.

I agree with all the "unfinished" business. This is great, but it can also be a TON better, which would just make it super spectacular. If you were going to add feathers, I would suggest doing it just to the head, like a sort of mowhawky crest.
you might want to soften the muscles a bit... he looks like he's made up of roundish building blocks. Great work!

:-) Lisa Ostrander replies: "Yeah maybe the muscles are not quite blended enough to look like there is skin over them. But my character is supposed to be pretty 'ripped', so I am not going to soften them too much."
